RBT training focuses on teaching staff members (paraprofessionals) the essential skills required for direct intervention with students, such as implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and providing effective reinforcement.
Supervision involves providing supervision hours for those candidates planning to sit for the BCBA exam. There is also the option of mentorship where a new BCBA can get guidance on program development, behavior analysis strategies, and troubleshooting challenging cases.

Behavior management training focuses on teaching staff, parents, and caregivers how to identify, prevent, and address challenging behaviors. This may include strategies for reinforcement, setting clear expectations, creating behavior intervention plans, and maintaining consistency across settings. We also cover techniques for effectively managing crises and de-escalating potentially harmful situations.

De-escalation training teaches staff and caregivers how to recognize signs of escalating behavior and respond with strategies to calm and redirect individuals. Training focuses on communication techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and proactive steps to prevent escalation before it occurs. Practical examples are often included to ensure real-world application.

Parent training is tailored to the individual needs of each family. To get started, we schedule an initial consultation to discuss specific behavior concerns, challenges, and goals. From there, we develop a training plan that may include strategies for setting up behavior intervention plans, creating routines, and managing behavior consistently at home.

An RBT mentor prepares the RBT to implement skill acquisition programs and interventions. You will also get help with data taking procedures and applying methodologies talked about in your 40 course that prepared you for your exam. (I also provide guidance on the RBT exam preparation to ensure your team is ready for certification.)
