ABOUT
A practical bridge between behavior science, schools, and real families.
I'm glad you’re here.
Behavior Blueprint Consulting exists to bring clarity and alignment to behavior—across homes, early childhood settings, and schools so families and teams are not left guessing or reacting without context.
Much of the frustration around behavior comes not from lack of effort, but from lack of shared understanding. Parents are often given feedback without explanation. Schools and programs are asked to respond without consistent systems. Everyone is doing their best—without the same information.
My work focuses on closing that gap.
What guides my work
Across parents, educators, and leadership teams, my approach is grounded in a few core beliefs:
-
Behavior is communication, not defiance
-
Context and environment matter as much as skills
-
Clear systems reduce stress and conflict
-
Sustainable change happens through alignment, not urgency
This work is not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all strategies.
It is about helping people understand what’s happening so decisions feel informed, intentional, and appropriate to the setting.
How I support families and systems
Behavior Blueprint Consulting provides educational and consultative support, including:
-
Plain-language guidance for parents navigating behavior, routines, and school or daycare conversations
-
Systems-focused consultation for schools and early childhood programs seeking clarity, consistency, and stronger decision-making
-
Leadership-level support that strengthens internal capacity rather than replacing it
The focus is always on understanding first, followed by thoughtful next steps.

About me
I’m Shivonne Troy, a behavior and education professional with experience across early childhood settings, schools, and family systems. My background allows me to understand both the parent experience and the realities schools and programs operate within—and to translate between them when communication feels difficult.
Rather than telling people what to do, my role is to help them see the full picture, ask better questions, and move forward with confidence.
